The company has plans to open 10 new sites throughout 2024, bringing its total number of sites to 40 across the UK, Germany, the United States, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Integral to expansion will be the creation of new game experiences for 2024.

Adding to existing popular games like Ghostbusters, PAW Patrol, Tetris, Shaun the Sheep, and Squid Games, planned game launches will include Immersive Gamebox Originals created by the in-house team.

Additionally, there will be new collaborations with Netflix and Sony, among others, in the upcoming game releases.

Franchise agreements will also be central to Immersive Gamebox’s growth strategy, with partnerships due to be announced in countries including Canada and the United Arab Emirates.

Creating a new category for group entertainment

Founded by the brains behind popular global obstacle endurance series, Tough Mudder, Immersive Gamebox launched in 2018 with a belief that technology should enable families and friends to live in the present, rather than getting lost in unhealthy escapism like virtual reality (VR), the metaverse or social media.

It does this through a unique hardware setup that combines projection mapping, sensors, touch screens, and surround sound within a 12ftx12ft interactive ‘gamebox,’ in which groups of 2-6 players play 30-60 minute immersive experiences.

• None of the most visited websites from 1995 is in the top 10 anymore (except for Yahoo!). Talk about pioneers! It’s fascinating to see how the internet has evolved over the years, leaving behind early trailblazers in favor of newer innovations.
• The fact that Yahoo! has been in the top 10 since the beginning of the internet is somewhat of a revelation. Why does no one talk about this enough? This sounds like a big deal! Yahoo!’s enduring presence speaks volumes about its resilience in the ever-changing online reality.
• The two local brands in the top ten are Yandex (Russian) and Baidu (Chinese). The list’s global diversity, showcasing the influence of regional players alongside multinational giants, is intriguing.
• Google has been #1 since 2011, asserting its dominance over the web for over a decade. The consistency of Google’s position showcases its significance in the world.
• Youtube (Google’s property) has been #2 since 2018. This means that Google has held the top two spots for five years now. This is amazing. One single company has been owning the web for five years.
• MySpace had a short but crazy run. It appeared from nowhere as #9, jumped to #4 the following year, held the spot for one more year, jumped back to #8, and disappeared. Got to admire the rollercoaster. MySpace’s journey reflects the volatile nature of the internet, where rapid rises and falls happen every month.
• Pornhub had only one year of fame. Is one site possibly rising to #4 out of nowhere and then disappearing again? What happened in 2022? The fleeting success of Pornhub raises questions about the factors driving sudden shifts in online popularity and the potential impact of external factors on digital platforms.
• I cannot believe Amazon has never been in the top 3. I guess that’s because it is only the default shopping solution in the USA. Amazon’s lower-than-expected ranking highlights the varied factors influencing website traffic on a global scale.
• I have the same thoughts about Wikipedia. It has never risen above position #5! Wikipedia’s consistent but relatively modest ranking underscores the unique role of the platform as a valuable knowledge resource rather than a mainstream entertainment destination.

Overall, this infographic makes me want to research what happened to some of these sites and why they disappeared.

There is also another angle to this. It is a pretty graph to look at. But how many people lost jobs due to these drops? I imagine even dropping one position is a huge loss for any company.

Traffic is easy to become addicted to for any company, big or small. Imagine that year for Facebook when they dropped from #2 to #3.

I’ve seen my share of digital companies lose trading and have to make major layoffs. This is never fun.

It always blows my mind that giants can go down within a matter of a few months or disappear completely.

SoLo Funds provides a community finance solution where borrowers and lenders can connect and work together toward achieving their financial goals. It’s an excellent option for those looking for short-term financial assistance.

The process

To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident, and have an active bank account. SoLo Funds conducts a soft credit check that won’t negatively affect your credit score.

The fine print

It’s worth noting that SoLo Funds doesn’t charge interest on your loan. However, you may need to pay a donation and tip. If you repay the loan on time, you can request another loan later.

Your account’s standing determines the amount you can request, and it will increase over time. Currently, the maximum loan amount is $575.

If you don’t repay your loan, you’ll incur extra charges. First, you’ll need to pay the lender a 10% late fee. Next, you’ll have to pay a transaction fee to cover the cost of collections.

This amount is based on the following calculation: 2 multiplied by (.9% of the principal, plus $0.70). Please note that SoLo does not act as a lender, as all the funds come from individual lending members.

The approval of a loan request is determined by the borrower’s SoLo Score, repayment record, and reason for borrowing. Like other lending platforms, borrowing members cannot request a loan if they have a negative balance.

Is it worth it? 

Undoubtedly, one of the most compelling reasons people choose SoLo Funds is the ability to access cash instantly.

Furthermore, the convenience of using the SoLo Funds app can’t be denied- it’s incredibly easy to use, and the loan application process can be completed in just a matter of seconds once approval to use the service is granted.

With the new year upon us, I decided to do what I usually do around this year and head back to the gym.

After unboxing the Bob and Brad D6 Pro message gun, I was impressed with the carrying case; it was very professional from the start.

Upon picking up the D6, I noticed it has some weight to it and feels sturdy and well-built. However, due to its ergonomic designed handle, it doesn’t feel like I’m going to lose control of it or drop it.

However, if this is your first time using the D6, I highly recommend reading the well-detailed manual and instructions to get the most out of it.

Additionally, the D6 comes with seven removable and replaceable massage heads, which will work great for massaging all body parts.

In addition, the D6 has only two buttons: the power button and the modes button, as well as a bright OLED screen that displays your current speed, mode, and battery life.

Therefore, it’s easy to use and not over complicated with a million buttons, especially for a beginner like myself.

Performance

This time around, I’m in my mid 40’s, and this scooter is now electric. So I decided to Google the company and found a lot of helpful information. The more I searched, the more excited I became.

The Eagle One is a bulky, 80-pound e-scooter with three different modes. As you can see from the pictures, this thing is serious. It also has three modes, with the top-end mode reaching blistering speeds.

By the time it arrived, I was ready. I even went out and picked up a helmet that’s recommended for safety. So let me tell you all about my experience.

Unboxing the Eagle One

The Varla Eagle One electric scooter arrived in a pretty large box. I kind of felt sorry for the UPS guy who had to drag it to my doorstep.

Upon getting it inside, I grabbed my knife and began opening the box, and I was very surprised to see that the Eagle one was almost fully assembled.

The only thing you have to put together is the handlebars, which was super easy. Especially since Varla includes a sweet multi-tool.

In addition, you will find a charger, an owner’s manual, some gnarly extra skid pads, an extra inner tube, and of course, the owner’s manual. I have to give credit to Verla because they don’t skim you on accessories.

Design

Once I had the Eagle One electric scooter out of the box and sitting in my hallway, the first thing I noticed was the size. I mean, this is not one of those Razor-push tiny scooters for kids, It’s quite large and beefy.

Coming in at almost 80lbs, this is not for a wimpy kid. But I gotta say it’s quite sexy, especially with the red trim and the Ghost Rider-looking skull on the skid pad.

The second thing I noticed is how well-built everything felt, from the mountain bike-like handlebars to the large wheels, it just feels super solid.

Upon reading the manual, they recommend charging it fully before using it, which takes about eight hours. Luckily, it only took about two hours as it came semi-charged already.

Further reading the manual, I noticed you could purchase a second charger and cut the time in half, as well.

Performance

Once I put on my helmet and pushed the scooter outside, I was ready. But oh boy, was I not ready, and you’ll understand why once we get further into the review. 

Regardless, let’s continue. The Eagle One by Varla comes with all the bells and whistles. It comes with cross-drilled hydraulic disk breaks in the front and back wheels. It also has dual suspension and 10-inch wheels, making it ride smoothly.

In addition, it has a digital LCD speedometer that displays the battery life and the different modes you can use. Next to this instrument, you’ll also find a key ignition and a voltage meter.

On the other side, you’ll find two buttons, one says turbo, and the other says two-wheel drive, and next to that, there’s a little bell just in case someone decides to get in your way.

Once I figured out how to start the Eagle One, I noticed that it has three modes, the first is up to 15mph, the second is up to about 25mph, and the third is up to 40 mph. That’s insane. 

As I started scooting around, if that’s even the proper term for it, the Eagle One electric scooter felt stable and rode smoothly, nothing out of the ordinary.

So I decided to press the turbo and two-wheel buttons, and boy, was I blown away by the torque the Eagle One has. Honestly, It felt like it was made at a Tesla factory. This thing moves fast. I was very impressed, to say the least.

As I rode it a little longer, I built more confidence and took it off-road. The Eagle One had no problems off-road either. It is truly remarkable technology.

Alternative options 

Sure, the Eagle One e-scooter may not be a good fit for you, especially because of its large size and weight. Thankfully, you have plenty of other options to choose from. Here are some of our best recommendations: 

• Segway Ninebot eKickScooter F25: $569
• Apollo City: $999 (use KEVINRAPOSO and get $50 off on accessories, upgrades, or spare parts with any Scooter purchase)
• Unagi Model One E500: $990

As you can see, e-scooters can vary greatly in price. Doing your due diligence is definitely encouraged before deciding on an option.

Final thoughts

The Eagle One electric scooter by Varla is amazingly fun to ride. It’s fast, stable, well-crafted, and can tackle any terrain.

If you wanted to solely use it for off-road, you could even buy some bigger, beefier tires from Varla. So what did I not like about it?

Well, for starts, the LED lights it has in the front are just ok at night, I’d recommend buying an extra headlight if you will be doing night riding.

The rear brake light is pretty bright. Another thing was the that when you fold down the handlebars, there’s no way to lock them in place.

That said, you can purchase that accessory from Varla, plus a lot of other ones, which is nice that they make upgrades. But to be honest, a handlebar lock should have been included by default.

Yes, the scooter is heavy, and you’ll have difficulty getting on public transportation, but that’s not what this scooter was made for.

This scooter was made for riding around and having fun. For me, it’s perfect since I live in the suburbs, and with a range of 40 miles, you’ll never get range anxiety.

The Eagle One electric scooter isn’t cheap. You can get it directly from Varla for the eye-watering price of $1,699. Currently, you can knock off up to $50 with the sale they are running.

But it’s worth every penny for sure. It’s a solid electric scooter, and I would highly recommend it to novices and experts.

The only thing they don’t provide is your delicious concentrates and a few buddies to pass it around to if you’re the sharing type.

Design of the Proxy

It’s hard to compare the Proxy vaporizer to anything on the market today because, quite frankly, there isn’t anything like it. To better explain the design, the Proxy is a small black modular vaporizer around the exact size of a D battery.

Puffco designed the Proxy to slide into different glass pieces, such as a glass pipe (that’s included), a glass bubbler, or even a beaker-style piece. And that’s not all; with the cult-like following, Puffco already has, wait till the third-party glass makers get a hold of the Proxy. The possibilities are endless.

As I sit here staring at the window, holding my Proxy in one hand, I can’t help but think how much it reminds me of the smoking pipe the great Sherlock Holmes enjoyed, but, in the future. Those are the vibes I got. After a few rips, I was ready to go solve a mystery or two.

How to use the Proxy

The engineers at Puffco crafted the Proxy with simplicity and style in mind. There aren’t multiple buttons to fumble with or an app to update before its first use. Instead, the Proxy is very straightforward, with just one simple button to press to activate.

There are four pre-set heat settings you can toggle through by pressing the button once again. As the Proxy heats up, the LED ring around it begins to pulse like a UFO about to lift off.

Once you’ve reached your desired setting, you’ll feel a slight vibration, and the light will blink. By far one of the easiest e-rigs I have ever used. 

Performance

The Proxy reminds me of the Peak Pro, but more like its shorter stubbier relative. Definitely in the same family when it comes to performance, this thing rips like a beast. The Proxy will have you puffing dragon-like clouds every single time. 

If you’re into dabbing, you know that, with concentrates, there are many forms to choose from, such as shatter, wax, diamonds, rosin, or even a little batter, but that’s no problem for the Proxy. It handles them all like a champ without even flinching. 

The Proxy vaporizer uses a unique 3D ceramic heating chamber similar to the one used in the Peak Pro. However, it’s unique and innovative in how it heats up from the sides instead of the bottom, giving you an even burn. You’ll taste all those delicious terpenes in every hit you take.

As little as 90 minutes is what it takes the Proxy to fully charge, and it should last you for about four good sessions before it’s completely drained; that’s impressive.

I’ve been praising the Proxy as if it was something that came straight from your holiness, but is there any drawbacks? Well, for starters, the price isn’t low.

At the retail price of $299, it’s expensive, but then again, you get what you pay for, and like with most of the Puffco products, it’s quality over quantity. My only complaint is how often you have to keep it clean.

After a few sessions, your concentrates can splash all over the outside and inside. But who knows? This could be a user error on my part.

Luckily the Proxy is super easy to clean. Just remove the heating chamber and throw it into 90% rubbing alcohol for like 30 minutes, and it’s like new again.

Final thoughts on the Proxy by Puffco

With the Proxy, once again Puffco broke the mold in terms of innovation and simplicity. It’s great for on-the-go sessions or to look very sophisticated using it.

The Proxy can handle everything in the realm of dabs. They made the Proxy for any level of expertise, from novice to pro, while keeping it very simple for anyone to use.

If you are looking for alternatives, the G Pen Elite II offers a more traditional vaporizer shape. If you want something that looks ridiculous (but isn’t portable), the Puffco Peak Pro is definitely worth checking out.

I doubt you’ll ever get bored of the Proxy by Puffco, and if you do, grab another attachment for it. Although it might take a chunk out of your wallet at $299, I highly recommend it for its quality and performance. So now, Watson, pass me my Proxy; we have a case to solve.

When I heard Puffco was releasing the Peak Pro, I was super pumped. If you’ve never heard of Puffco, for a few years now they’ve been producing premium vape pens and of course a groundbreaking Portable E-rig, called the Peak. It was easily one of the sexiest electric rigs of its time.

Design

The new Puffco Peak Pro is beautifully designed. It’s definitely a step up from even the original Peak. I love the new matte finish also, no more fingerprints. The redesigned longer glass mouthpiece allows for more water, which makes for smoother pulls.

There’s also a physical button on the unit which is definitely welcome. And you can’t forget the led lights. Where’s the party?

The added LEDs are awesome and a real mood changer.  I really like the new carb piece that gives you a view of what’s happening in your bowl. It’s also now attached to your bowl and with the new design you won’t need to remove it while you toke up. Another update from the original is USB-C for charging, which allows for fast charging.

Technology

When was the last time you could wirelessly charge your e-rig? The answer is now. The Peak Pro comes with built-in wireless charging in just over two hours. But if you wanted to take it up a notch, Puffco offers the Peak Pro Power Dock that’s also a power bank.

For the first time, Puffco has an app that really makes a difference in my opinion. You can control a ton off settings and even control the LED lights using Latern Mode.

If you aren’t into futuristic-looking lights, there’s also a stealth mode that shuts all the lights off. The app can be downloaded right from the Google Play Store, but you’re out of luck if you have an iPhone because Apple banned all vape apps. Come on, Apple!

Anyways, Puffco found a way around it. They set up a web app that looks just like an app on your phone. Just follow the instructions on the Puffco website, it takes about five minutes, and is totally worth it. 

Performance

When it comes to performance, there are very few other e-rigs that can compete with the Peak Pro. Like with the original, Puffco includes four pre-heat settings but now you can customize the heat settings through the app. The Puffco Peak Pro comes with a redesigned atomizer that is not only 40% larger than the original Peak, but also has real-time heat control to make it a true smart e-rig.

The new atomizer feels much beefier and less prone to damage. What I really like about the Puffco Peak Pro is how easy it is to use. You simply tap twice on the power button and in just seconds you’re ready to go. There is really no learning curve.

Seems great for beginners as well as experienced enthusiasts. The Puffco Peak Pro works with all types concentrates to prove excellent tasty dabs every time. If that’s not enough, there’s even a boost mode that will automatically increase the temperature and time to get the most out of your extracts. 

Final thoughts

When I received the Puffco Peak Pro for review, I honestly didn’t know how Puffco could impress me more than they did with the original Peak. And boy was I blown away again!

With the Peak Pro, Puffco didn’t cut any corners. Even the case it comes in is built tough for mobile vaping. The only down side, if there is one, is the hole it will put in your pocket. The vaporizer isn’t cheap at $400. You could definitely say it’s top of the line, but worth every penny.

First Impressions

The Zeus Arc GT is a dry flower portable vaporizer by Zeus Arsenal. With the Zeus Arc GT, they took it to the next level. It can easily be placed in the same category as the Pax 3, the IQ, or even like another German designed vaporizer, the Mighty. Yeah, it’s that impressive.

Design

On the outside, the Zeus Arc GT comes in a sexy black matte finish with a gold GT badge just like an exotic sports car and shares the same smooth curves as one as well. For its compact size, the Zeus Arc GT has nice weight to it and feels well-built. It’s super discreet, also. If you weren’t aware, you’d think it was one of those portable power banks that they give out as a gift with the purchase of a Porsche.

When it comes to design, it’s not all just about looks though. As we know functionality plays a big part as well. For starters, the Zeus Arc GT is easy to use. There is no learning curve as there is with other vaporizers. You simply press and hold for 3 seconds on the right side of the recessed mouthpiece and depending on which heat setting you had it on last (there are three), the Zeus Arc will begin heating up.

On the side of the Zeus Arc GT, you’ll see a blue pulsing light that will turn green once it’s ready for vaporizing. Just don’t forget to fill it with your favorite herbs. And to make sure its packed good, there’s a magnetic tool that sits flush on the bottom of the Zeus Arc. Just don’t lose it!

Performance

When it comes to performance, just like a fine-tuned German machine, The Zeus Arc GT does not disappoint. It is the first portable vaporizer to use an all-gold vapor path and heating chamber. When it comes to conducting heat, it doesn’t get any better than gold. In effect, your flower will evenly bake to perfection.

The Zeus Arc GT also introduces Gold Sink technology inside of mouthpiece to cool down and produce smooth, tasty vapor on all of the heat settings. For best taste, I would recommend the starting on the lowest setting and work your way up. You’ll start to really conserve your herb and get the most of it.

The Zeus Arc GT comes with some cool technology such as; haptic feedback and an accelerometer, fancy! In layman’s terms, the Zeus Arc GT will vibrate when it’s ready to vaporize and will indicate how much battery life is left by shaking it. Inside, you’ll find 3500mAh battery that will last about 90 minutes or 6-9 sessions. I love that they use a standard micro USB instead of a proprietary charging dock because I tend to lose things. It is even future-proof, with the ability to update the firmware on the unit.

The Zeus Arc GT is one powerful, compact portable vaporizer that’s loaded with features and innovation. It’s the first portable vaporizer to introduce a gold heating oven and pathway. It produces great tasting vapor with every puff. They didn’t cut any corners with this one. You’ll also get a 3-year warranty and there are plenty of accessories for it such as; the Zeus Bolt grinder that’s specially designed for vaporizers or a super strong carrying case in the Zeus Armor.

Within the past few years, there have been tons of new pen style vaporizers released by large and small vape companies. They don’t seem to change much as far as design goes. First Impressions

Upon receiving the Saber for review, I got to say, I was impressed. It comes in an all-black matte finish with a glass mouthpiece that makes it look really classy. It is a lot smaller than I expected and very easy to use. It definitely seems well crafted. Did I also mention that it uses magnets?

Design

They say that if you can make in New York, you can make anywhere. Well, that is exactly what a small company from Brooklyn did when they designed the Saber, a concentrate pen-style vaporizer. Since its release, it’s generated a lot of hype and some are calling it the best in its class. From my few weeks testing out the Saber, It’s been my go-to vape for wax. I love the small size it sports, the discreteness and the glass mouthpiece.

The Saber comes with a single multifunction button that brings it to life by pressing 5 times. In addition, the Saber comes with two different heating atomizers, one uses dual quartz and the other uses a ceramic dome. You can easily pop them on and off.

Performance

One of the pluses of the Saber is the performance. Since the Saber is made for low temp dabbing, it produces great overall taste. With three different heat settings, you can easily adjust it to your liking. The Saber comes with a cool auto heat function that heats to your desired temperature and stays constant for 15 seconds without having to hold the button down. You just have to puff away and you’ll see that every hit taste the same.

Now, let’s talk about the magnets. The Saber ditched the traditional 510 threading that you see on most pen style vaporizers for a magnetic style system. From my experience, it seems to work well and makes it super easy to pack it with your favorite concentrate and just pop the top back on. The magnets seem to hold the parts in place sturdy. The unit takes about two hours to fully charge and can last for a few days using a USB charger.

Final thoughts on the Saber

The Saber from NY Vape Shop is a great little portable vaporizer that comes with a good amount of features and looks a lot more expensive than its price tag would seem. It comes with everything you need to get started except for your favorite concentrates of course. And with its easy-to-use interface, it’s great for starters and pros alike.
